This position involves a wide variety of duties. It is primarily a support role for the project management process. Duties could include ordering bonds and insurance documents, issuing subtrade contracts, expediting shop drawings, co-ordinating out of town travel, materials ordering, distribution of meeting minutes, and preparation of maintenance documentation just to list a few. This is a dynamic position with continuously shifting demands. Key requirements are positive attitude, adaptability, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in an intense and changing environment.
