This is an entry-level site position, beginning with performing physically intensive tasks under the direction and supervision of a field superintendent. It also provides the opportunity to observe and learn from the activities on site, and develop a well-rounded knowledge of the construction process. In some cases, it can also work into a carpenter's helper / assistant superintendent position.
