If you have received an invitation to tender, you can log into our Estimates website, and enter the estimate number, and your username and password in the appropriate boxes.

In order to facilitate maximum exposure of our projects to qualified subtrades and suppliers, we have created an estimates website that hosts all relevant project documentation. Drawings, specifications, addenda, and project photos are posted on the site. Access to these documents and photos are provided to subtrades through an access code provided with our invitations to tender. The drawings may also be obtained from local reprographics facilities. This online plan room allows subtrades to tender projects without a physical presence in a particular geographical area. It has been particularly useful for projects we have tendered on Vancouver Island, in the BC Interior, and in Northern BC.

If you are a subtrade or supplier interested in tendering projects in any of these areas, please complete the Prequalification Form and return it to us by fax or email. If your qualifications and experience are satisfactory, we will keep your corporate information on file and advise when we are tendering projects in your geographical area.
